LIVE THE PLAYER LIFESTYLE
At Freddie Academy, development goes beyond the training pitch.
Players follow a structured daily routine built around football, strength work, recovery, meals, analysis, club exposure, and personal growth. The weekday schedule in the program material includes breakfast, Freddie Academy training, strength & conditioning, lunch and rest, Swedish club training, dinner, and lights out. Weekends include recovery, leisure, video analysis, and individual talks.
This structure helps players build better habits, improve faster, and experience what it means to live like a serious athlete.

EXPERIENCE FOOTBALL IN SWEDEN

Freddie Academy states that it works with clubs in Gothenburg to place players in team environments that suit their level and profile. OFF THE FIELD SUPPORT

Freddie Academy’s material highlights several important off-the-field elements, including nutrition guidance, healthy meal options, weekly video work, psychological and mental support, injury prevention, and rehab access.
The program also describes insurance coverage and collaboration with IFK Kliniken Rehab in Gothenburg, located within the same broader facility environment, allowing players to access treatment and recovery support close to the pitch.
