HOW DOES THE PROGRAM WORK?

World class facilities

As Scandinavia’s largest multi-sport facility, it is approximately 45,300 m2 spread over seven floors. It has, among other things, an indoor ski facility, hotel, gym, spa, restaurant and, above all, a full-sized football field.

During your stay on our international program, you will live like a professional from morning to night in an environment surrounded by academy and professional players as the same facilities are used by one of Sweden’s largest professional clubs.

INDIVIDUAL TRAINING

5 times a week individual or position-adapted training according to our individual training concept.

Development outside the pitch

Off the field you will be in an ambitious environment and we will also conduct prehab, strength and mental training.

Team training with Swedish clubs

Every week you will get to train with Swedish club teams and in this way you can benchmark yourself against european level as well as getting to know Swedish players.

Exposure to college or professional teams

Regardless of whether your goal is to get a scholarship in college or become a football professional you will come through our program get one step closer to your goals.
